Can't print

With the changes made to Turbo Tax, it took twice as long to answer the questions. It also won't print.
What's great about it: most questions were easy to understand

I love how the transfer from year to year is done. It makes filing taxes a breeze.

taxes were a snap with turbo tax . I have used turbo tax for many years so maybe that was the reason it was easier. I noticed all the what i call clutter was not there this year, a more crisp product. frankly, sometimes in the past when i would do taxes all sorts of windows opened up drove me nuts. My husband and i are retired so our taxes are pretty set. Not to much excitement in tax department. Product was quick, crisp straight to point I much liked that.THANKS TURBO TAX ANOTHER SATISFIED YEAR USING TURBO TAX

Used tax cut and hr block software since 1995. this year had same problem as last year. updates would not install. switched to turbotax. great platform no update issues and transmission times are much faster. you have a new customer.
