I've used Turbo Tax for years. Its easy, fast, accurate. Explanations are pretty good. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Download should have done an update right at the beginning. Because it didn't I spent at least an extra 30 minutes trying to figure out what I needed to do because a form wasn't available. Then when I decided to move forward it then did an update and I got the form I needed to finish my return about 45 minutes later.
What's great about it: Got it done at home
What's not so great: Waited a long time for it to download.

Turbo Tax made preparing and filing my tax return simple. I received the maximum benefit and the best refund I've ever gotten, all for a third of the price I usually paid to have my return filed in the past. I highly recommend Turbo Tax to everyone!
