Fast and easy

2nd year using Turbo Tax and I have to say tit is better then the other"one " on the market
What's great about it: 2nd year used program way better than the other one(h&r )
What's not so great: n/a

Loved most of the information. Wish there would have been a little more detail dealing with the Affordable Care Act and the employer paid contribution to your health insurance as well as better explanation of the deductions dealt with utilizing and HSA program
What's great about it: For the most part easy to follow, quick and covered all areas I was worried about
What's not so great: HSA, Employer contribution to Health Insurance
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Frustrating

Preparing schedule d clearly states on the form that if there are no adjustments to capital gains transactions complete line 1a and 8a but turbo tax wouldnt accept that forcing the information onto line 1b and 8b causing an error interfering with e file and requiring filing of mail form 8453.
There is no live chat to work on this with. Been a long time customer. Completely turned off.
What's great about it: Does all the easy things I can do myself anyway.
What's not so great: No live chat

This tax software product is very easy to use and the checks/reviews makes sure everything that applies to your filing situation is accounted for.
What's great about it: Walks you through each step
What's not so great: Having to wait for updates

First time I have ever attempted to do taxes that are itemized...Turbo tax made it easy! Better refund than my regular tax preparer got me last year!
What's great about it: Step by step and walked through most, great tax info
What's not so great: Not an option to tell if a business no longer exists, more help needed on like kind gain and losses especially with AMT

This is far and away the best piece of software I have ever used. You do not need to know anything about tax law to do your taxes. Simply the most awesome program. Everything should be this easy and intuitive.
