Overall the process was efficient. I will continue to use the Deluxe product. Though I will not need to use the Nebraska State return at next filing, I recommend that programmers walk through it and correct the areas of misdirection.
What's great about it: The Deluxe was awesome with continued reliability and ease to complete.
What's not so great: Issue with the state of NE process. Took me to forms I did not need to complete. Frustrating.

I have used Turbo Tax for years filing tax returns for myself and family members and I have not found any fault in the program thus far
What's great about it: The easiness of navigating through the program
What's not so great: Wish you were allowed a few more free e-files

Quick and Easy

I enjoy TurboTax because it is so easy to use. The language is clear and understandable. However, if something is not too clear, there are pop-up explanations to provide clarification. I feel that I get my maximum refunds, and get them very quickly and deposited directly to my bank account. Simple and Quick! That is why I rely on TurboTax year after year after year!

Joint Filing needs work

As a first time joint filer, your product left many things to answers that had to be sought on your forum. I have a pretty simple filing, so to have to guess as to whether or not my filing was actually covering both myself and my wife with out it being clearly spelled out in your software was a bit disconcerting. Other than the ambiguous nature of some of your screens I was fairly happy with your product. Try having your screens reviewed by persons new to tax filing as a way to eliminate the ambiguity.
What's great about it: Better than doing this by myself
What's not so great: Too much ambiguity for Joint filing

This is the 4th year that I've used Turbo Tax and I'm happy with the step-by-step process that I'm guided through. What I really appreciate are the links to tax guidelines, regulations, qualification information for deductions. and detailed information. It makes me confident that I'm filling the forms out accurately and within IRS guidelines.
This year, the update download had install errors. Fortunately, I found a solution through the Turbo Tax Users Forum. The answer was detailed and solved the issue on the first run.
What's great about it: Hassle-Free Confidence

I've used TurboTax for the last 6 years and haven't regretted it, yet! By far the best tax software out there. Keep up the good work, Intuit!
