Very easy to use. Have used Turbo Tax for 14 years. Each year it gets easier to use.
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: sometimes couldn't find something when had to go back after several sections completed.

Very good overall. It would be good when checking to see if eligible for certain credits. It would be helpful to include any form numbers that people should have received if they were eligible to get that particular credit.
Also, on the Ct state 1040, I apparently was given the maximum credit of $300 ??? and probably didn't need to include my vehicle taxes. I went back and put them in anyway. If I didn't need to, a prompt would have been nice.

During the preparation process (inputting the data) it would have been helpful to see were information was being input into the actual tax form. We were using prior years tax forms to help us understand the process; however, we could not view the actual tax form.
What's great about it: Detailed instructions and links to IRS publications
What's not so great: Not having access to the current tax form, also a glossary of terms.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used this for years. It is easy to input information by simply answering the questions. I also used the program to help me when I was taking tax prep class at the university level.
