Happy as a clam!

couldnt do it without turbo tax - well- wouldnt want to!
What's great about it: so easy and they think of everything and triple check me
What's not so great: cant think of one - maybe a little pricey - but wont complain
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax Review

Most everything on Turbo Tax is very intuitive and easy to use. There were a couple of changes for me with insurance this year and the HSA questions and HDHP questions sent me for a bit of a loop. I was able to do some additional reading and make sense of it but it would have been helpful to have a link to FAQ's directly from the page to help.
What's great about it: Simple to use in most areas
What's not so great: Unclear with HSA accounts and HDHP

This Turbo Tax software keeps getting better and better you keep everything up to date and also inform us of the new tax laws. I have recommended Turbo Tax to my friends and even the grocery store clerk. What a great product and money saver.
What's great about it: Totally loved the easy steps to follow and helpful explanations
What's not so great: None - Love it all!!!

Make sure you have all of your financial information readily available, and this process should be a breeze.

Super easy!

We have been using TurboTax for several years now and it just gets easier and easier to use! The only issue I had this year was with the new way that Goodwill did their receipt for donations and the fact that I couldn't itemize. This has nothing to do with TurboTax, though, so, really, no issue with TurboTax!
What's great about it: Everything was clear and concise, but there was help if I was unsure of anything.
What's not so great: The charitable donation to Goodwill was so different from the prior years-it made me nervous about submitting.

Great software with 2 opportunities to improve:
Re. Massachusetts Healthcare - Please make Medicare an obvious choice.
Re. Non-taxable pensions - Repeated entries were needed for both the federal and Massachusetts to correctly identify which pension was to be taxed by the state and which was not to be taxed.
