not as good as last year

For some reason TT did not transfer my direct deposit info onto my state form. Luckly I caught it when I was signing it.
What's great about it: Fast,Easy
What's not so great: didn't transfer info from fed to state

The Key is Organization

You need to have all your papers and forms organized: W-2s, 1099s and any and all tax forms you received, including any education info if you have college-age children. If you are prepared before you sit down to do your taxes, it will be very easy. Allow yourself several hours of free time to do your taxes; there's so much info to add; it takes quite a while. But the time invested is well worth it.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better than H&R Block!

TurboTax is much more detailed than H&R block. I like the prompts and questions better. TurboTax takes care of the tiny details.
I tried using both H&R block and TurboTax to determine which was better and there was a huge difference! TurboTax increased my federal return by $1000!!! H&R Block said I owed the state $275, while TurboTax stated that the state owed me $41!!
What's great about it: Very easy to use!
What's not so great: Loved it all!

I love Turbo Tax. Very easy to use. Recommend to all friends and family. Alaskan friendly with the Alaska Permanent Fund. Thank you.

Easy and effective

I loved the simplicity of Turbo Tax and how it walks you through everything, but the overall length of the entire process was a little long. I cant complain to much because Turbo Tax really does maximize my refund.

I have used Turbo Tax for 10+ years and have been able to complete this yearly need with in 3 to 4 hours. Each year the process gets smoother and easier.

AMAZING!

I am amazed! I just got a tax credit that I was unaware of or even thought was possible to get! I double and even triple checked that I filled out everything properly and I DID!! Now, I am getting an amazing refund thanks to Turbo tax!
