2013 Taxes

It was easy filling in the blanks but painful in trying to obtain a pin number and printing out my return.
What's great about it: Filling in the blanks was easy
What's not so great: Printing and obtaining a Pin Number was painful

THAT WAS EASY!

I just finished doing 3 returns while it was snowing outside. Was easy to understand and walks you through the whole thing! The only thing that slowed me down was my printer ran out of in--printing a copy for my records!
What's great about it: Very easy to use!
What's not so great: Can't think of any

I had to file my city return by hand because the Turbo Tax program does not file it correctly.
What's great about it: Quick Federal refund
What's not so great: City tax return not correct

The third year I've used Turbo Tax and really think it's a great program it takes you through each section step by step. Very helpful and informative.

The the completeness of the walk-through makes me confident that nothing was missed. I really appreciate the double check for errors. I don't enjoy doing my income tax return, but with Turbo Tax I can honestly say,"Wow! That was easy!"
What's great about it: Prompts get better each year.

Using Turbo Tax for >10 years. I know what to collect through the year and taxes take only a few hours to do. LOVE IT
