Excellent product!

Years ago I thought I'd pay someone to do my taxes and during the process I poked my head around the front of the monitor and saw that they were using TurboTax. It was then I decided I would no longer pay someone to do something I could do and that is why I've been a TurboTax customer since 1998.
What's great about it: For as complicated as tax preparation can be they have made doing your taxes pretty easy.
What's not so great: The educational section of TurboTax could be a little easier to follow.

Got Through It!

I was thoroughly impressed by the program. It was very understandable and easy to navigate through the entire form. I did have a small amount of trouble when I attempted to edit/add information in a section after I had passed that area. However, I was able to navigate through it and finished with a good product.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate
What's not so great: Kind of difficult to go back and enter addtional information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

First time for us, using Turbo Tax. We are impressed with the layout of the TT system and help features. Will likely be using it in the future and will recommend it to others [-:

Great Product

I've been a user of Turbo Tax for 11 years. I have always been able to get assistance whether on line or on the phone with the best of customer service. The ability to transfer previous year info makes filing quicker. e-file has been a life saver!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Changes in Fed return errors in state return

Should be call "Taxes for dummies"

We're not very educated in tax preparation or tax law which can be quite intimidating. TuboTax was so very easy and step by step. Other than typos, don't see how a mistake can be made. Have been using it for the past few years and will continue to use it.
