Turbo Tax Fan

Since using Turbo Tax, tax season is no problem for me! Turbo Tax makes it so easy to enter the information needed and walks you through the steps. I haven't had a problem in over 10 years and recommend it to everyone!

Easy to use

I have used TurboTax for many years. It makes things so much easier to have the software pull everything needed from the previous year's return. The only difficult thing is sometimes finding a specific item on a return that you want to change. Maybe a search feature to look for a specific word or term could be added for next year.
What's great about it: easy to use, information goes in simply
What's not so great: sometimes hard to find a specific item
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is wonderful!

I've been using Turbo Tax for several years and the experience in using this product is easier each year. I would recommend this tax software to all my family and friends.

I would like to save my taxes as a ms word or something other than a PDF file.

Turbo Tax Used for 2013 Tax Filing

For the most part, I found Turbo Tax to be easy to load, use, and understand.
There were a few questions that were not clearly presented, so I used a 2nd home computer to complete some google searches to determine the nature of the questions being posed.
The Audit Defense is a great product and has already been used by my family. I was so glad I had purchased it!

What's great about it: Easy to use, moving from form to easy step was easy
What's not so great: if I was in form mode it would not take me to the specific question/input that was the source of the number
