Gave me a good amount back!

The program was easy to use and it explained everything pretty well. However, it takes a lot of time if you don't have all of your information beforehand.
What's great about it: easy to use

This was my first time using TurboTax and I found it user friendly. I would do it again.
What's great about it: SUPER EASY!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Accurate and fast

This is easy to use and has many checks along the way to make sure you are getting all the deductions you deserve. I was able to update later after I started my return, It is well worth the small change purchase for the peace of mind advise from Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: People friendly and easy to navigate.
What's not so great: Waited for the Schedule A form to be ready.

Turbo tax allows you too complete the tax process in the privacy of your home. It is easy to understand and user friendly. It empowers you to do your taxes with the confidence that it is correct and someone is available if you have questions.

Even if you know nothing about taxs or accounting, Turbo Tax guides you through and reviews everything every step of the way. I can sleep peacefully knowing not only that I did everything right but that I am getting what I am really entitled to.

I've been using TurboTax for many years, both Mac and Windows in various years. It keeps up with things, and keeps being easy. It has never gotten bloated, slow, or difficult to understand and use. Keep it up team...
