Great Experience

I have used Turbo Tax since 2009. It is easy to use, instructions are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend the software.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and follow the prompts
What's not so great: None. No problem using the software

easy taxes

This was the first year I have used the same computer as the year before and I was amazed at how easy it was to import all the information from the previous tax year. I did my taxes in about an hour and a half.
What's great about it: fast, inexpensive, conveinient
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Love the New format

I love the new format, it's great just quickly moving from one section to the other. The old format wasn't bad but it's better now. I do dislike that there is a $30 fee for having your State's tax E-file cost deducted from your actual refund. It would've made things just that much simpler.
What's great about it: Much Simpler
What's not so great: Extra Fees

I've used Turbotax for years, and it only gets better. Thanks!
What's great about it: Very easy to use. Helped me move onto doing my FAFSAs.
What's not so great: Being divorced and paying for parts on my sons' schooling can be complicated and I am sometimes unsure what I should do.

On MO state tax adjustments screen, you pull up a value that contains the sum of refunds, interest, etc that was difficult to backtrack the individual elements - and then ask us to break it down to state source. Perhaps a table that lists the elements and allows us to input percentages.
What's great about it: Easy to use.
What's not so great: Couple screens that could be more clear. Make sure programmers put themselves in the position of a novice.

COULD NOT BE EASIER!!!

THIS IS THE EASIEST PRODUCT TO USE. I HAVE HAD VERY CHALLENGING TAX YEARS IN THE PAST, RETIREMENT,ROLL OVERS, UNEMPLOYMENT, COLLEGE TUITION, ETC AND THIS PROGRAM HAS GIVEN ME THE ABILITY TO DO MY OWN TAXES AND TO TRUST IN THE OUTCOME. I HAVE OWED, I HAVE GOTTEN MONEY BACK AND THERE HAS NEVER BEEN ANY DISCREPANCY IN THE NUMBERS. I WANT TO MENTION THAT I NEEDED TO CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER IN REGARDS TO MY ORDER AND DOWNLOAD AND THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS FLAWLESS!
What's great about it: LOVE THE FILL IN FROM LAST YEARS RETURN!!!
What's not so great: WHATS NOT TO LIKE?
