Works for Me!!

Over all have used this software for years and truly believe it saves me from making mistakes. I will continue to use turbo tax as long as they make it.
What's great about it: guided walk through very easy to understand
What's not so great: state forms have do not file across the paper work can see how to remove it

Great program, I've been using Turbotax for over 6 years!
What's great about it: Easy to use and under stand
What's not so great: Some time have trouble printing copies from program
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I am no tax guru, and like Turbo tax for making it easy to get the forms filled out. But it does not make it clear what triggers eligibility or refund. And when a correction is needed, it seems impossible to 'repair'. So, in all, I like it, but it does not help me 'understand' taxes.
What's great about it: easy to fill out with the 'guide'
What's not so great: no explanations

I've been using TurboTax for many years and have never had a problem with the software or the returns. It makes it very easy to complete the tax returns. The Help function is also very good.
What's great about it: Straight-forward operation/no confusion

I've used Turbo Tax for over 20 years now and in my mnd it is the leader. I thought some of the state forms were a bit clumsier than in the past. I think the state electronic filing fees should be reviewed.
What's great about it: Fed form was easy. Should be reminded to keep track with IT's Deductible
What's not so great: Wisconsin Ste was a abit cumbersome on some forms

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 3 or 4 yrs. I feel secure with the program. Turbo walks you through each step and I feel confident that they get me back my maximum refund. I love the deluxe version. It practically does the entire state return with little additional information needed.
What's great about it: You can not make an error. They walk you through it.
What's not so great: Had to enter info I already entered, but Turbo claimed it did not have the information. A little confusing at times.
