Fantastic

I had all my paperwork ready to go and once I started it only took about an hour to do! I didn't get back a big refund but I saved money not paying a tax person to do my simple taxes!!

Professional all the way

I took an computerized financial accounting course and wanted to do my own taxes and help people who could not afford more than $50 to have their taxes done. This way I can be proud of myself for doing my own taxes and to help anybody do theirs in a professional manner and with dignity and respect........Thank you TurboTax you have made my world more productive

The step by step, That walk's you through the whole process. I'll keep using Turbo Tax every year.
What's great about it: The ease of step by step.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

what if you don't have a phone?the program doesn't allow for us poor people.it incidited on a phone number.

Short and Easy!

Turbo Tax is easy to install. I have been using it for at least the last 12 years. It remembers my information so I don't have to retype it in again from last year. Just have your paperwork next to you and it's a breeze. It takes the pain out of doing your taxes. Easy to understand instructions and information. Turbo Tax checks for mistakes, will take you back to fix it them. Then rechecks to make sure there are no errors. E-filing is a breeze. My money is on it's way!!

What's great about it: Turbo Tax walked me through each detail. It was easy! Took me less than 1.5 hours to completely finish!
What's not so great: None unless you like to do things the hard way or want to give your $$ away.
