Easy Time for 2013

I have used TurboTax for many years on Apple and PC. I appreciate the option of the interview with guided info entry or working on my own. It is easy to make changes as more financial information becomes available.
The additions and subtractions from income and deductions on the Wisconsin state return are a bit onerous. Perhaps I need to move to a state without state income tax (and definitely with warmer weather)

What's great about it: Fast and straight forward federal return
What's not so great: Wisconsin state differences from federal return confusing at times

Good job of asking the correct questions with easy to understand help topics. Need an easier way to print the forms you want in english terms that the average person understands.
What's great about it: Easy to use, nice questions asked
What's not so great: slow download process, maybe my internet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy Peasy!

Turbo Tax made filing easy and quick. I had it all done in less than 2 hours. It would have taken much longer by hand. Love the fact that it can pull in info from last year for me to compare.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and quick to accomplish
What's not so great: Nothing bad to say...great experience

Still the Best

I have used TurboTax for many years, and it has only gotten better. Even when my tax returns were much more complicated than they are now, with a business, Turbo Tax made filing easy, if not always painless. Now being retired has a new set of challenges, but Turbo Tax got me through it in only an hour. Last year Turbo Tax got me through the AMT, which I had completely forgotten about. No matter how simple or comples, Turbo Tax will take care of you. And no, I don't work for them nor have I any ties to the company.
What's great about it: Ease of use, quick, help when you need it
What's not so great: None

Perfect Tool

TurboTax has always been, in my experience, the best way for ordinary people to do their taxes (I'm not a millionaire, so I wouldn't know about their situation). However, I can sit down at the computer, spend two hours max answering easy questions, transmit by e-filing and it's done. Couldn't be smoother or more accurate. One of those very rare instances where SW does what it says it will do, and makes it easy. I wouldn't touch my taxes without it!
What's great about it: Ease of use, walk through the steps process.

Easy to use

Used Deluxe version for Capital Losses I incurred. Con: for some reason whenever TurboTax uses my information for local tax filing it never asks for how much I have PAID IN during the year, therefore the program makes it look like I owe the city the entire thing when in fact I have paid all along. Please fix this!
What's great about it: walked me through everything
What's not so great: Local filing never works right.
