Better Every year!

I use turbo tax every single year for the past 4 years! they are everything you could ask for.
What's great about it: Very easy and user friendly
What's not so great: Zero! none! Nada
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax guides you through the process; easy to understand questions. From finish to filed in about 2 hours!!
What's great about it: Previous Year Filing Info is automatically entered; saves time and potential for errors

Great product

Even with the snafu of not importing my W2s it took practically no time at all to enter my information and submit both my federal and state returns. This is my second straight year using turbo tax after having paid a professional to do it for several years. With TurboTax I can do my own taxes for a fraction of the money in about the time it used to take me to drive to my accountants office.
What's great about it: Does all the work for you, easy to follow and use.
What's not so great: Did not import my W2s even with the import ID.

Excellent Program

I have used this program for several years now and have always bee happy with it. It was easier to use this year than the previous years. It was wonderful to have so much information imported from last year's return. I was thrilled that I was able to import my w-2 from my employer's website this year. I would highly recommend this product. I have never been audited or contacted by the IRS when using this program.
What's great about it: easy to use, accurate, import previous year's returns, import w-2's, never been audited

If I knew it was this east filing I would have used Turbo tax years ago as opposed to other sources.
