Overall I'm happy with TurboTax. I have been using TurboTax about 10 years. I am a Mac user and I have no issues running the software. I like seeing my entries from prior years. It helps when looking for errors. I have very basic computer and tax skills, but I manage to process my taxes in a resonable amount of time.
What's great about it: Displays prior entries side by side by year.
What's not so great: I pay into a retirment account and I'm not sure if I have to enter that information.

I HAVE ALWAYS USED TURBOTAX AND IT IS EASY BUT THIS YEAR IT HAS A DIFFERENT LOOK AND I THOUGHT IT WAS EVEN EASIER THAN IN PREVIOUS YEARS.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: CAN'T THINK OF ONE

So Easy to Use!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Last year, I tried another income tax software, but I did not like it as well as Turbo Tax. So this year, I came back to Turbo Tax, and I will not be doing anymore experimenting with other software! Turbo Tax is just so easy to use because it guides you through everything. You don't have to worry about forgetting something.
What's great about it: Easy to understand

Getting refunds this year!

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and I love how easy it is. The questions guide you right through and make it so simple! One year I went through the whole program but before filing, my sister talked me into giving all of my info to the lady that does her taxes to see if she could make my refund bigger. Well, the tax lady must use Turbo Tax, because she came up with the same refund amount to the penny! I won't be paying anyone else to do them--ever.
What's great about it: I like the feeling of accomplishment I have after using Turbo Tax to file my taxes,

I really like turbo tax. we have used it many years now, it's easy to input and takes the stress out.
