What's great about it: Time invested in doing Return was short, Information gathering was easy to accomplish, get a audit defense just in case
What's not so great: No cons - great software package to do your taxes with
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax is awesome

Using Turbo tax should be mandated by the government its real easy to use so it should be pretty easy for the government to process. Good job Turbo Tax!!!!!!

First-timer!

This was my first time electronically filing by myself. In the past, I hired a CPA instead.
I liked the simplified language and the overall flow of the questions.
The only negative was that I had multiple charitable deductions and after I entered each one, I had to go back later and add the address of each organization. It would have been better to ask for the name and address on the same screen.
Although I owed taxes this year, I feel the overall experience was good and I will file my own taxes next year, using TurboTax of course!

If we have to file our taxes, TurboTax is a Must

What can i say? I have been using Turbo Tax since 1985. Never have used any other program. Each year, it gets better. If you are a user, you look forward to the new version to pay your taxes as a responsible citizen. Over the years, TT has become very user-friendly. Think about it, we only complete our taxes every 12 months. That is a long time, and with TT, there is, really, no learning curve. I am grateful to have TT. To be able to complete my Return myself, WITHOUT having to go to a professional preparer. i like preparing my own return.

No stress Tax saver

I love that TuborTax has made easy for people to do their own tax without paying big money to do it. I appreciate this system for making it easy to understand and to answer tax question. Its awesome when taxes are stress free Thank you TurborTax :)

been a turbo tax user for years. i do all the family taxes and my sister and several friends. definately trusted by all
