I am so happy with this service. I appreciated all of the checking throughout the process and the ability to do one last check before submitting.

TurboTax is fairly easy to use. The time element in the tax preparation comes in compiling one's records ahead of time. One of the best features of TurboTax is the It's Deductible software that allows one to fix the value of common items donated to charity. I wish that database of items were even larger and was searchable under a variety of terms (i.e., hat vs. cap).
What's great about it: TurboTax generally works well.
What's not so great: It has become less detailed each year, sacrificing individual variations for ease of use.

I have used TurboTax for years and it is always the best way to do taxes on your own and know that they are accurate and complete.

I really like how everything is broken down into main catagories with easy to follow steps for each section under it. I have been using TurboTax for a few years now and recomend it to all our friends.
What's great about it: Easy steps to follow.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo tax, you really have your work cut out, convincing everyone how easy it is to do your own taxes! I don't know if most people will believe it!
What's great about it: Exceptionally fast!
What's not so great: Didn't really feel like you were doing your extremely tedious taxes!

This is the only way to do your taxes. You do not need to be an accountant to complete the complicated tax forms. No more EZ forms!!
What's great about it: Walks you through each step of the form and maximizes deductions available
What's not so great: Waiting for the email confirmation that the e-file was submitted correctly

For the most part Turbo Tax took the tax hassle right out of my hands!
What's great about it: Walked me through everything that was possible in my tax world.
What's not so great: Some confusion about what I am eligible for.
