I have used Turbo Tax for over 8 years; quick and easy to use. I have a lot of confident in Turbo Tax. Never had a problem with my taxes. Easy-Cheezee!
What's great about it: easy to use
What's not so great: no reward for being a long time user
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Excellent as Usual!

Liked the ease of filing in the required information & the way the program searches for the best possible refund, etc. My filing this year was further simplified by the fact that I'm now retired but have utilized TurboTax for several years now and have always been very satisfied with the results.
What's great about it: Ease to complete.
What's not so great: None really.

I had to contact bank for help on Interest from investments.
What's great about it: 90% Accurate
What's not so great: Miss handles INTERESTearned

TURBO TAX KEEPS GETTING BETTER

TURBO TAX WAS EASIER TO USE. FASTER AND WITHOUT ANY GLITCHES. I'VE BEEN USING IT SINCE 1997. I HAVE SEEN THE IMPROVEMENTS. IT WAS ALL POSITIVE COMPLETING THE RETURN. I DID NOT EXPERIENCE ANY PROBLEMS.
What's great about it: EASIER TO USE. MORE FOCUSSED, LESS DISTRACTION, FASTER
What's not so great: I STILL MISS LISTENING TO THE EXPERTS EXPLAINING SOMETHING. NOT IMPORTANT THOUGH, IT WAS FUN.
