Very well constructed and easy to navigate. The entire process was not only easy, but conveyed a high level of competence in your background structure. I especially liked the highlighted links to explanations that came up without disturbing the process. I also liked the phrases that assured me at certain points that I was entering data correctly and that a review or correction would help me resolve any improper input...and it did.
We compared this return with last years, as done by a preparer, and found one item that the preparer had missed, giving us an extra $50 on our state refund. That will go towards a good night out.

What's great about it: Comfortable, methodical, precise.
What's not so great: Changing state return. Wasn't clear I had to choose from the state choice drop down again

All in all Turbo Tax is great. The only issue I had was claiming a deduction for a donated car. The guide me never got me to that and It's deductible;;e said follow the instructions on Turbo Tax. I found the out how by using your search, however, doing so was way harder than the rest of your functions

Easy method for taxes

I like TurboTax and use it each year. I like the comparison to last year, which will catch mistakes (saved me a refund loss this year). I find the guided method to be very helpful and it's easy to click past a section which doesn't apply to you so it doesn't really take more time to do that way. My one concern is the end. The screen says File a Return, then save/print, then final steps. It actually made me want to print first to review before Filing, but then the second page changes after you've efiled, so then I needed to replace the file I had. I think it would be better to make those steps more clear.
What's great about it: I like the guided tax method, I also love the comparison to last year
What's not so great: I found the end to be a bit confusing

This year the program was extremely easy to use and will be the yearly "go to" from now on.

What's great about it: Step by Step
What's not so great: It didn't walk me step by step for step on the Interest Income for Me and my wife...Just me and I was confused.

I wouldn't think of using anything else for my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use and explains everything I don't understand. I feel very confident I have an accurate tax form.
