Turbo Tax Deluxe

Overall positive experience.............just like last year and several years prior to that.
What's great about it: Step by step ...........pretty easy to follow. Seemed more in depth this year.
What's not so great: Seemed as if you kept leading me back to areas that I thought I was done with. Tax time is frustrating enough.

Taxes are a piece of cake each year, even with complicated situations. Been using this for over 20 years I think...

get it. it is the easiest way to get your maximum returns, and it's an education experience for personal finance. bravo, turbo.
What's great about it: intuitive, speaks human language
What's not so great: doesn't cover unique tax situations such as for non-residence alien or residence alien with a tax treaty with the US
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I would always recommend Turbo Tax. I've used it for many years and it's been easy from the beginning and it has only gotten easier over the years.
What's great about it: Simple way to file taxes without any headaches
What's not so great: No Cons

Turbo Tax was so easy as always and that's why I come back to them year after year!!!!

What's not so great: Only problem was didn't fill in education info from 2012

I have used Turbo Tax for many, many years. Won't even try another product. Before Turbo Tax I used common sense and a pencil along with IRS tax forms. Had to show my kids how & now the grandkids, too. & Now they all know about Turbo Tax, too.
What's great about it: Simplicity...if you bother to read the lines
What's not so great: It's actually faster without the computer..because it covers everying over & over again.

Please change it so it stops asking me to file my state return. Obviously I live in a state that does not have state income tax, and since I give my address a thousand times, the program should pick up on this. :)
What's great about it: Easy to use and nagivagte
What's not so great: Asks me to file state return even though I live in Florida
