I Like Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for 10 years, it makes tax returns easy!!
What's great about it: Very EZ, helps you get prepared and finds things you forgot
What's not so great: Sometimes is hard to know if you are chooseing the bes option without some discussion

Problems With State Taxes

Over all it was a great experience. I am confident that I was able to take all the deductions I was entitled to.
What's great about it: Simplicity of the Software to review my information and to maximize my return.
What's not so great: Had a very hard time trying to e-file my State return. I chatted with a TurboTax Pro and we resolved the problem.

TurboTax makes Taxes Simple

TurboTax simplifies the complicated tax preparation process. By going step by step through everything you need and pulling information from previous years it makes the daunting process of filing my taxes a quick job. It's awesome that TurboTax "remembers" items I filed on my taxes last year and reminds me to get them on this years taxes.
What's great about it: Simple, Covers all the bases
What's not so great: Taxes...

Return rejected

My return kept getting rejected, turbo tax directed me to the problem but did not give me enough info to know how to fix it. It persisted of social security numbers was being used twice, but it would not show me which one it was, When I run the error check several times turbo tax would tell me there was nothing wrong with my returns. I finally just had to give up the EIC credit just to get my returns accepted by the IRS. I doubled checked all my forms for the wrong numbers or duplicates and could not find any myself.
What's great about it: Let me continue to e-file several returns
What's not so great: Did not show me exactly the problem

Love TurboTax!

This is the only tax software I've used, but why mess with perfection. It does all that I want and need quickly and easily. I love TurboTax
What's great about it: Accuracy, ability to indicate obscure deductions, etc.
What's not so great: Nothing
