Not as intuitive as previous years

What's not so great: no users manual, not easy to find information about banks ie. deposit refund, not clear what "Update" in blue bos me

Worth every penny

I have used turbotax probably for over 20 years. Every year the product gets better and better. I love how it takes my info from previous years and transfers. The questions are to the point and my state return is done from the federal return in about 5 seconds. This is a great product. I will never switch to another tax return product.
What's great about it: Easy to use, accurate, fast
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Enhance transfer capability

Many people work mor than one filing status scenario. Turbotax needs to allow the selection of the actual return file (whether submitted or not) to apply in the transfer of data and in the development of carryover worksheets.

2013 Tax software experiece

I found the software easy to use and like the way the software both talked you through the different sections and also let you browse through the sections.
I was having difficulty at one point because you were not allowed to update until you were at the end of the form. In my case it was an very important update because it added the piece I needed for the sales taxes of WA State.
I received the copy for tax year 2013 the end of November 2012 before the that piece was ready for release. In prior years I do not recall that issue.
The bottom line is that it is still easy to use!
What's great about it: Very easy to use and step through the sections
What's not so great: It kept asking to file a state return when WA does not have one
