I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years. It is better than digging through the books like I use too. I really love Turbo Tax and would recommend it to those who do their own and family member taxes. It is better than the IRS site.
What's great about it: It is easy, quick, understandible, and great!
What's not so great: None Yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbonically Easy

Turbo Tax is easy and simple. Turbo Tax walks you through everything you need and gives you the choice to go through all the steps or pick and choose what you need to complete your specific return.
What's great about it: Gets simplier and easier each year
What's not so great: No cons

Would like to see state returns electronically filed for free, also.

I was audited one time in 1995, for 1994 taxes, because the guy who did my taxes made several mistakes. Ever since then, I've always used Turbo Tax and have never had any problems. It is safe, reliable, easy and quick. I will always use Turbo tax.
What's great about it: VEry good and reliable

Reliable and consistant

This is my tenth year with Turbo Tax, the product is consistent, reliable and an outstanding value with many "can't do without" features for us " do it yourself with a safety net " types. I will continue to use Turbo Tax for years to come.

2013 Turbo Taxed!

I've been using Turbo tax for abut 10 years now and each year it gets better and easier to use. I probably could still do my taxes by hand correctly but using Turbo tax takes me a tenth of the time and my time is easily worth the cost.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Finds calculations I may have missed. Provides helpful information to my questions.
