don't over think it!!

used it ever since I accummulated deductions. Will continue for as long as possible.
What's great about it: love the "walk me through each step", language appropriate for "average" non-tax expert
What's not so great: can think of anything

TRUSTY TAX TOOL YEAR AFTER YEAR

I'VE ALWAYS HAD AN EASY TIME USING THIS TAX TOOL. I DO MISS THE QUESTIONS ABOUT LIFE CHANGES. MAYBE I MISSED IT.
What's great about it: VERY EASY TO USE
What's not so great: I DIDN'T SEEM TO SEE THE QUESTIONS THIS YEAR WHERE YOU ASKED ME ABOUT LIFE CHANGES
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments
