I have been using TurboTax for many years now and I have been completely satisfied every year. You make tax time an easy process with very little stress and no need for an appointment for accountant.
What's great about it: I like the easiness of the flow of the program

I've used Turbo Tax for years and find the auto transfer really helpful. I also like being able to download my w2 and investment info.
The one drawback I find is in the explanations. Sometimes I feel I might be missing a little known deduction.

No-brainer

I've used TurboTax for several years. If it was good enough for the CPA at the Fortune 500 company I worked at, it's certainly good enough for me!
What's great about it: easy input, lots of questions so you don't miss anything
What's not so great: cost, but still less than bricks and mortar entities

2013 Turbo Tax

Would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone, it's like having your personnel CPA in your computer.
What's great about it: Walked through each step with questions of each section of federal and state tax return.
What's not so great: Nothing to note, have been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years and fine the improvements each year to be very good.
