so easy to use

Have used for quite a few years, very easy to work with. Lost my saved info this year (new computer) and was afraid it would be difficult, but was much simpler to enter all the information than I anticipated.
I have recommended to several people over the years, no complaints!

This is the only way to do your taxes. Quick and easy. What else can be said!!!

Good Once it installed

Overall I was happy with the program and relative ease of use. Two issues that bugged were the installation issues with fonts that was a pain to correct but a solution was provided. The second issue is why don't they just include the cost of state filing with the programs that include states?
What's great about it: Pretty thorough for my return, liked the charity donation worksheet
What's not so great: Installation was frustrating with the font issues

I have used Turbo-Tax for years and every year they make it easier and more friendly to use.
What's great about it: I enjoyed how easy this program is to use.
What's not so great: I could not find any cons!!

had to update during the filing process instead of when first loaded.
Other than that, will purchase again.

What's great about it: walked us through, ability to go back
What's not so great: did not update in the beginning,
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
