I'm a believer...I've used Turbo Tax for several years now and I don't honestly know what took me so long to try them. I'm a believer...thank you for making this task so easy!
What's great about it: Simplified, understandalbe process

Love TurboTax. Ask all the right questions and does the calculations for you. I will continue to use this in the future.

I use Turbo Tax every year and find it to be a quick and easy way to prepare and file my taxes. However, this year I traded in a vehicle that was used to claim mileage. The language used in the questions and in the "help" section were very complex and difficult to comprehend. I spent an hour researching my vehicle related paperwork in order to enter a best guess answer and it didn't even matter as the software used the standard deductions, not my itemized deductions. I would think the software would recognize that the vehicle information wasn't needed if the standard deduction was used. I could not get past the forms review to file without spending the time to figure out the "FMV", the "AMT" , etc.. Very frustrating!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use/navigate. Love the "walk through" feature.
What's not so great: The vehicle expense directions are too complex-need to put it in layman's terms

Tax filing made easy

Easy to download info from my stockbroker and for Turbo Tax to fill in all the tax info.
Just need to get my bank to allow Turbo Tax to be able to do the same with my account.
Very pleased with Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is easy to use and feel comfortable about filing tax returns
What's not so great: none with Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I've always been pleased with the easy process of the Turbo Tax software do complete my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, complete, and helped find lowest Federal Taxes

Recalculating the taxable portion of the refund for previous tax year should be as simple as the rest of the program if user used Turbo Tax to do their refund the prior year. Instead, had to do a lot of manual calculations to save me some extra money.
