I have used Turbbo Tax software for years, probably at least 15 years. I have always felt confident that my returns were accurate due to all of the step by step guidance provided as well as the double checking done prior to filing.
What's great about it: I love the guidance with this program.

Easy and Fast

Fast easy program to use especially if you used it the prior year. LIke the way you can look at last year's return when filing this year's return.
What's great about it: Like the Guide Me and the pop up explanations. Like the way it fills out forms from last year's filing.
What's not so great: cost of state filings
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always Reliable

I've been using Turbo Tax for years now. Others have tried to get me to try other products but Turbo Tax has always been easy to use, understand, and I love that it imports the previous years info. I have also used the online help in the past and it's been great. It is well worth the money I pay for it each year. I will definitely continue to use it for my taxes each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: No cons

10 Yrs with TT

TT is the best way to go with simple filing needs. I have not used the business versions of this software. TT has meet all my need for the last 10 yrs of returns. I have gotten my family hook on it as well.
What's great about it: Simple to use
What's not so great: Advertisements in a Paid for product.

So easy to file tax returns

I used Turbo tax last year for the first time and I will continue to use it every year. Turbo tax walks you through everything you could possibly include in your tax returns, it will not let you forget any details. There is no time limit so you can take your time to be sure you understand everything. Why pay hundreds of dollars to have taxes done when Turbo tax can get you the same results and give you the satisfaction of knowing you did it yourself. With E-file you never have to leave your seat.
What's great about it: Turbo tax walks you through step by step and covers everything you need to include in your tax returns.
What's not so great: I can't think of anything I didn't like about Turbo tax.
