The only way to go!!!!

This is the only way to do taxes if you do them yourself.
They make it better every year. Been using turbo tax for as log as i can remember.

I have used Turbo Tax for the 3rd time now and will probably use again in the future. Detailed but easy to follow and understand. Thanks for the help.

EVERY YEAR I INVEST IN TURBO TAX SOFTWARE BECAUSE IT IS EASY TO USE, ACCURATE AND GETS ME THE REFUND I DESERVE.
What's great about it: IT GUIDES YOU STEP BY STEP AND LETS YOU KNOW WHEN YOU MAKE AN ERROR
What's not so great: NONE

Snags with electronic filing

TurboTax is a complete, hands-on program which can help almost anyone file Federal and state taxes. A couple of glitches in the program: 1) I receive an annuity from the Federal Government. My form from OPM says the amount of income that is taxable is "undetermined". TurboTax doesn't allow this response, and I got a window saying "Are you sure none of your annuity is not taxable." 2) When I tried to file electronically, I was unable to do it because I received a message saying that there were updates available. The help menu was useless in finding a resolution to this problem. After a long wait, I finally had an on-line chat with Moniquea, who told me to completely close the program, restart it, and try to file electronically again. It worked! Maybe this should be the first response you should give to others who have problems with electronic filing because the program isn't updated. Current printed response is to go the the menu and click "Check for Updates". THERE IS NO MENU!
What's great about it: Thorough, methodical, generally easy to understand
What's not so great: Some parts were confusing, couldn't file electronically without help.
