easy to load, then it takes you through the process step by step. The cost to e-file the state return is more than expected.

Easy to use and thorough

I've been using TurboTax for years now and have always had a good experience. The software makes it easy to be sure you get all the deductions to which you're entitled.

i have been using turbotax for several years and have gotten the maximum amount refunded to me because of the easy questions asked during the process. i highly recommend this program for everyone!!!

Awesome way to do my taxes!

Text-wise it is great. Visually, unstimulating. If they don't want to change the turbotax format, maybe give people the option to add a photo to view while working on taxes that would give them a stimulous that is calming or provides happiness during a stressful process.
What's great about it: Easy to follow instructions. Not too much on the screen at once, so you don't feel overwhelmed.
What's not so great: Need more color contrast in the backgound. Feels too flat. Key points should pop out more.

Love your service but, you should allow more than one state return my moms disabled and retired and i want to do her returns also!!
