Provides a detailed and extensive look at preparing taxes like a professional.. the help section provided outstanding ways to explain the tax process throughout the tax preparation!

Using TurboTax is quick and simple. Referrals are made to form #'s, and filling out the forms online are organized very easily. With quick and simple instructions (for those that need additional assistance) - using TurboTax makes my life a LOT easier.

I do not like the cash it costs to file using TurboTax.

problems finding last years return

I am very frustrated that after my computer crashed last year I had no way of finding past years return information which made the process very difficult. I suggest you are iin need of an online acces that the returns can be stored with password access so that user can review past years return much easier if they have problems with their home computers

I have used several tax softwares over the years, this was by far the easiest, user friendly I've used so far. Explanations were easy to understand….efiling was simple...

What's not so great: A little more expensive than others, but worth it!
