Very good, except for transmission issue.

I got stuck with the transmission error, where it says validation failed, says check for updates....but there were no updates....I took the disk out and tried again, that seemed to work...

I've always been extremely pleased with turbo tax but this year
when the program was loaded it didn't ask if the user wants to
check for updates either manually or automatically. I thought I
had the latest version but when I printed my copy one of my forms said that it was not final.
I'm not to pleased with this years version of turbo tax.

Always easy!

I have been using Turbo Tax forever, and swear by it. It is always so easy, and I love the reminders of deductions I might otherwise forget. It would be nice to skip a few sections like foreign accounts and less common areas that I have never used. All in all, I appreciate the thoroughness of Turbo Tax and will always use it.
What's great about it: Love the reminders
What's not so great: Would like to skip a few questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Made Filing So Easy!

This was my first time filing on my own, and I am so glad I spent the money to buy this product. I would never attempt to file on my own as I am not experienced with taxes, and really didn't want to spend the money to have someone file them for me. I am happy I followed the recommendation of friends and coworkers, and will definitely be buying Turbo Tax again next year!
What's great about it: Walked me through step by step with easy to follow instructions
What's not so great: Many things I had to skip over that did not apply to me

Besides errors on review and screens froze… it was a good experience.
What's great about it: Give me a simple save button on screen

Very Detailed and Easy to Navigate

This software is truly outstanding. It is accurate, up-to-date, and very comprehensive. It flows very smoothly,, and provides help whenever needed, with "new"windows for explanations so as not to disturb your regular work.
What's great about it: Very detailed flow, comprehensive, easy to navigate.
