Love TurboTax!

I have used TurboTax for 20 years now. I love using the easy step even though I have an accounting degree. I love being able to import data from investment companies. It saves an enormous amount of time because I don't have to figure out where to enter each of the amounts. Thanks for making this easy for us.
What's great about it: Easy to Use, Easy to import data
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find return to look at as I go along.

I think that some information should be easily retrieved from a previous return as needed instead of having to find a hard copy

I have used TurboTax since it was a compiled spreadsheet and have always felt it was the best tax preparation software out there. Friends and acquaintances use other software and are always asking me for help, and keep telling them to get TurboTax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Some of the help features could be better
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax has a lot of options and advice and bottom line, it helps you do your taxes. There's a lot of issues and room for improvement. One problem was they couldn't do an e-file in November.
What's great about it: it helped me get my taxes done
What's not so great: there were a lot of frustrations along the way
