Adequate, as usual

I've used Turbo Tax for years, and it's always a struggle (some years more than others), but it certainly beats doing the whole process by hand as I did before I discovered Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Does all calculations; walks me through difficult situations; produces clean, legible returns; makes corrections simple.
What's not so great: Some questions are opaque, help is difficult, finding which review pages to print is challenging.

Confident and Easy!

Overall I love this product. It's simple to use and I haven't had any problems yet with my returns being rejected until this year. It seemed I forgot to yes or no on the dependents sections. It didn't catch it in the review for some reason. Don't know if that was a glitch or not. Would help if the forms could be previewed in each section so we could check as we go along rather than just at the end. Thanks.
What's great about it: Everything is explained with step by step instructions
What's not so great: Cant see the forms as you go along - would be nice to have a preview through each section completion
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

It does a fairly good job of covering everything but I don't get E file for the State and so when I chose to E file my Federal I have to go find my state forms to print. Since you do the state forms and I can E file them online for free it would be nice to just offer the opportunity to print them during the process instead of having to go find them.

Great Product! Saves Time!

To me, I have been using Turbo Tax since at least 1999, maybe longer. This product keeps improving every year and really makes the DIY filer's job easier. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to file their own taxes. It saves me time and money versus paying a professional. Keep up the great work Intuit!

This is my 4th or 5th year using Turbo Tax. I find it fairly easy to use as our taxes are pretty straight forward. Not sure I would continue to use if we had more complicated tax situation such as IRAs or retirment. My father used it last year and it was a disaster! He had to pay someone and refile.
What's great about it: fairly east to use
What's not so great: Wish there was a better explanation of some catagories...sale tax section
