Easy to use

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year was another good experience. Much cheaper than an accountant. I always tell others how easy it is, to complete and file your taxes with Turbo Tax. I highly suggest this to all that want to save money on tax preparation.
What's great about it: simple, clear, step by step

Love it every single year

I have loved Turbo Tax for many many years. No other tax software will do for me. I know you can do most of your taxes online for free, but I like the safety of doing ours offline and then e-filing my returns. No getting disconnected from the internet during the nerve wracking time of doing taxes. Although Turbo Tax makes it simple it's still a chore we don't enjoy. Kudos for Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Gets better and more intuative each year.
What's not so great: Can't find any

Turbo Tax is the best individual tax software out there. Easy to fill out, accurate and if there are questions, it is easy to find answers.

Been using TurboTax since 2006 and we love it. Just makes things so easy and we don't have to pay a CPA to do our taxes.
What's great about it: Ease of filing taxes for full refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Detailed and Easy!

This was the first time I prepared my own taxes. I was always nervous and thought I couldn't do it. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and recommend this to family and friends.
In the past when working through a CPA, i didn't go into this much detail with my taxes. I have a feeling I could of received more credits and deductions if I did it with Turbo Tax.
This was easy, efficient and quick!
What's great about it: I liked how it walked you through every possible scenario.
