I am an accountant but I don't do taxes. Tax laws are difficult to understand. Turbo Tax makes it easy to file my long form by asking questions that guide me through the return.
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy and accurate

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 12 years and will continue to use it in the future. It is quick, easy and painless. Covers all the bases and can be used by anyone. No special knowledge or training is needed. It transfers information from last year and walks me through entering all of my pertinent information. It couldn't be easier.
What's great about it: Self-guided, simple, accurate

Overall, easy to use, feel confident in result. May take a bit more time for first time users, but it gets easier each year. Love the tracking and auto input from year to year.
What's great about it: Overall guides you through the process step by step; easy to use with mostly great 'help' line
What's not so great: At one point needed to go to 'forms' to correct an error; not sure if this would have been evident to 1st time user
