State Tax Refund

When we print the State of Ohio tax forms to file by mail, the forms are printed with "DO NOT FILE - FORM NOT FINAL. Why is this printed on these forms? We will be filing by mail and hope that the State of Ohio will accept them. Why should I pay the fee to e-file when I prefer to mail the State of Ohio forms. The refund isn't that much.

I have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years and it is so easy. Why pay someone to do your taxes.
What's great about it: Just answer the questions and you are set
What's not so great: Wish you cold ask a question to a person without paying

Done in an hour!

TurboTax made doing my taxes so fast and easy. I finished in an hour! As a yearly customer, transferring last year's info through made filing a breeze. All my bases are covered, and I look forward to recieving my best return yet.
What's great about it: Fast and Easy
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

POOR STATE PERFORMANCE

UNABLE TO FILE TURBO TAX COPY OF STATE RETURN ON 2/9/14. HAD TO GO TO STATE WEBSITE AND USE THEIR WEBSITE. I AM NOT HAPPY THAT WHEN I PAID FOR THE DELUXE COPY OF TURBO TAX, I AM UNABLE TO USE IT TO FILE AN OHIO STATE RETURN,
