I was surprised that TurboTax didn't automatically update the first time I loaded it. I initially struggled to figure out how to update it.

What's great about it: Liked that addresses no longer needed for donations!

TurboTax 2013

The whole presentation of the 2013 TurboTax Deluxe program was in a very understandable, logical process format. Instead of wading through piles of paperwork, I simply had prepared a couple of calculation spreadsheets beforehand along with my receipts and records, and I had the whole of my taxes done in just under two hours.
I really appreciate the addition of the "It's Deductible" program to help calculate the value of clothing and goods contributions to charities.
I've been using TurboTax for 19 years, and this is by far the easiest of the versions I've used.
... Did I mention how EASY it was to do my taxes this year?

What's great about it: Fast, intuitive, comprehensive
What's not so great: It was so easy, I almost felt like I didn't do enough work :)

Love the transfer feature of personal info and w-2 over the net. saves a lot of time.
Placement in stores at the front of store would be nice and more convenient, like Wall-mart, have to go all the way to the back of the store, knowing that the tax software will be popular this time of year, just makes sense for them to be placed near the cashiers. But well worth the search to find the Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: like doing my taxes at home
What's not so great: none

I have used TurboTax and Quicken many years and have never had the problems , I encountered trying to finish and get copies. Please go back to last years format. Gerald

We have been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had any issues. It could not be any more simple filing our tax returns. They have all the answers for any question you might have. We have referred Turbo Tax to all of our family and friends.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax covers all the information you will need to know to file your tax returns very easily

pay twice?

I have used TurboTax for multiple years but don't like having to pay multiple times for state e file returns. I thought it was a one and done just at the store, it even says state returns on the box, this is just a little misleading.
What's great about it: hopefully accurate results
What's not so great: had to pay for state efile
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved
