Worked great!! as usual!

I've been using TurboTax for several years. Has never let me down.
What's great about it: Fast step by step return.
What's not so great: After update, confused me a little.

Not Impressed This Year

I have used TurbooTax for years with no problems, but this year, the updates would not load. When I would try to close the window, it would not respond, and I had to use the Task Manager to close the program.
I used a patch available online for the federal return, but I had to use the chat feature to get a state download. The wait time for the chat was over thirty minutes. Thankfully, the associate (Cara) was very helpful.
What's great about it: Quick and easy to file
What's not so great: Updates would not load

Get it done!

I don't think doing taxes can get much easier. TurboTax leaves me in control but provides a lot of information and help when I need it.
What's great about it: Easy and thorough. I feel like I get my taxes done well and quickly.
What's not so great: You really have to buy the right version or some help topics are sparse.

Slightly let down

I spend a lot of money on the road being a truck driver on food, parking fees, tolls, laundry and none of these expenses allowed me to get more back on my refund when it did last year.
What's great about it: It was very quick getting the return completed

2013 Review

Better than H&R Block on line version. Completed both and had much better results with Turbo Tax than with Block!
What's great about it: The ease and thoroughness of the program
What's not so great: Had to pay!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
