It was an ease no strain to complete

I would buy turbo tax before even considering any other brand
I have used turbo tax about 10 to 15 yrs now and still u keep me on top of my taxes each year.

What's great about it: How it asks every question and helps u do your return
What's not so great: could not find any
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Turbo Tax your bomb, I love that I don't have to input my info. again that it transfers over from previous year and you explain every thing in detail.

Casualty and Theft

I had to replace my roof due to storm/wind damage. I was confused about what to put in for 'Personal Property Information'. I didn't know what the Cost Basis was, whether it was the roof of the whole property. Also, the FMV (fair market value), whether it was the roof or the whole property.
I wish there was more information right on the pages. I did find the answer at:

I've used turbo tax for the last 5 years or so, what else can I say.
What's great about it: You don't have to be a rocket scientist to get your maximum refund.

I love this product and will continue to use it each year. This was my first time doing my own taxes. It was fast and easy. I was so nervous that I was going to input something wrong and I did, but Turbo Tax made sure to double check everything to make sure that my return was error free. I got back more than I would have gotten if I would have gone to a tax service. Thanks for this product. I will continue to utilize this tool each year.
What's great about it: Easy to use, fast, cost
What's not so great: Hidden cost fee
