Walk me through it!

I have been a satisfied TurboTax customer for several years now. This year's version is even better. The program is easy to use, with links to answers and explanations easily within reach without hunting through a separate index. I felt secure and confident that I was preparing my returns correctly. I will enthusiastically recommend TurboTax to all my friends and colleagues.
What's great about it: The "Walk me through it" feature really clarified the whole process.
What's not so great: I have no complaints!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Mostly good

I've been using TurboTax to do my taxes for more than 20 years since it was MacinTax. It keeps getting better. But this year I encountered a small glitch in the state software (Iowa). I eventually was able to work around the problem and file my taxes. It's an amazing product to deal with all the complex federal and state tax laws. One small glitch in 20 years is understandable. I plan to use TurboTax again next year.
What's great about it: convenient, easy to use and file

I like the pop up windows describing what it is that I don't know. They are small so I can refer back to the item I was trying to figure out if I qualified for.
What's great about it: little windows pop up when you don't understand something!
What's not so great: Tax laws have changed! Not your fault just an observation.

2013 Review

I have used TurboTax for the past 4 years and it keeps getting easier and easier. My only complaint is that previous year's returns be accessible for online usage. It could not find my history online this year and I had to wait for 2 weeks for my local stores to have the product on the shelf.
What's great about it: Easily stepped me through the process
What's not so great: No interface between online and desktop versions.

Turbo Tax has excellent process to correct problems and or mistakes. Also you can get very good technical support should you have problems doing ones income tax returns.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax has outstanding easy to follow process that makes it rewarding to see the results as you go along.
What's not so great: None

rejection on pin number

My state was rejected and I was told you would walk me thru to make the correction. That is not so. I can not get back to the page where it was put in and all your help section explained nothing at all. I am very frustated. I have been using turbo tax for all time but this maybe my last time. I have paid for the disc paid for e-file on the state and I can fix one simple problem.
