Great Refund.

I was nervous about my taxes this year after selling my house. They covered every single detail. I didn't need any outside help after all.
What's great about it: Walks you through every detail.
What's not so great: None.

Easy Peasy way to file!

Easiest way to file taxes!! Asks all the questions and even lets me know if I made a mistake!! Have been using Turbo Tax for years!! Will not use any other program!!

I have been using turbo tax for several years and will use nothing else. I continue to use the step by step instructions which guides me through any changes or reminds me of any new income or deductions that may apply. Makes me confident that I have completed the return correctly!
What's great about it: Easy, Quick & Thorough
What's not so great: Nothing at all

I like the how thorough the step by step is. The ability to jump back in the process is simple. I like the ability to review and make edits directly in the form as opposed to going through the step by step but, it will question if the input is wrong.
What's great about it: The deluxe is well worth the few extra dollars
What's not so great: Some questions are confusing

I wouldn't use any other product. Easy to understand and I feel very confident because it always finds more money for me than if I do my taxes without it!

There are still parts I get confused on. You have explainations, but it IS rocket science sometimes the way the system is setup. We wife and I have college degrees and we still get confused on some parts.

I would highly recommend TurboTax to all of my friends and relatives.
What's great about it: very user friendly
What's not so great: Deductibles can be time consuming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
