TurboTax is amazing!

I have been using TurboTax for several years. It is easy and straightforward to use. Keep up the great work!
What's great about it: Allows you to stop and start preparation
What's not so great: None that I can think of...

Complex Tax Returns

Biggest problem: finding a way to eliminate "errors" noted by TTax; e.g., searching back and back to find a place where a number can be changed -- without Override.
What's great about it: Terrific job with an unbelievable Tax Code
What's not so great: Explanations links need work, and are badly inadequate for CA State program

Better Than H&R Block

More than helpful in unknown tax areas not thought of. Will keep better records to help next years taxes. Have used for 7 years and have recommended its use to my friends.
What's great about it: Simplicity in design yet through.
What's not so great: Long but SAFE

Nice sofware, very easy to use and to manage through the hassle of filing taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use and very intuitive.
What's not so great: Always trying to upsell or bill you for soemthing.

Turbo Tax is the best! Easy and very thorough! I have used it for years and will use it for years to come!
What's great about it: User friendly, so easy to use and makes sure you do not forget anything!
What's not so great: Cost a bit more but even with that ... worth it
