As always, TurboTax provides as great an experience as can be had filing taxes. It's clear, quick, and walks you through everything in detail. If you happen to run into an issue or flag, it's easy to determine what and why and how to correct. Have been using this product for literally years and have never been disappointed.

So Easy!

I would highly recommend using this program!
What's great about it: Turbotax transfers all my information from the previous year return, so I don't have to re-enter all the information.
What's not so great: I can't say that there is anything I don't like about Turbotax.

This is a great program. My wife and I sit down for maybe 1/2 hour and we're done!

Turbo Tax is Awesome!

We own a home and itemize our deductions. Turbo Tax makes it so simple and we always get the most back we can. The software does not miss any opportunity and gives easy to understand explanations of the tax code.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and it finds all of my deductions.

I was under the impression that I was getting one free State efile. Upon questioning I signed into turbotax and discovered that alot of people were confused about this. Otherwise it was great, just took me a long time.
What's great about it: Ease of questioning.
What's not so great: Wrongly surprised that there was no free State efile. Takes a long time to get through step by step.

There are some scenarios where I don't know how to make a decision. There is no help information either. It wouldd be better if TurboTax has 24/24 online chat service so that everyone can question.
This way, TurboTax has the best way to realize the missing help information in the software as well as what else users expect to know.
