Turbo tax is great and easy.

I use Turbo Tax every year. Last year I had a tax audit from IRS for a few years earlier, and I passed with flying colors thanks to using Turbo Tax to do my tax returns.
What's great about it: They help me do my taxes step by step. No need to guess.
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Self-Service with Turbo Tax

Had another great experience with turbo tax. Doing it in the comfort of my own home and not having a third party handle my affairs.
What's great about it: Very easy to use, affordable program. Helps correct any mis-information.
What's not so great: State forms were not readily available.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and will continue in the future. Makes the process very easy - walks you through the steps.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax takes all the worries away!

Love TurboTax

I've been using TurboTax for over 14 years now. I've never had a problem using it; not once. Each year they make some awesome improvements. If it gets any better it really will find my receipts and other info I need to complete the forms. (But, it would do that if I used Quicken the way I should!)
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: It doesn't find my receipts and other info for me!

Worth every penny!

Like a lot of folks, I've completed my own taxes for many years...even before TurboTax came along. I was an early adopter of TurboTax and have never looked back. Every year is incrementally improved over the last. I believe in it so much, I've never considered a competitor's software and never will.
What's great about it: Interview format for those who need it but also the option of completing just what you need if you're knowledgeable.
What's not so great: Would appreciate the opportunity to buy at cheapest price directly without having to chase a deal.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

MUSICAL CHAIRS!!!

So 2011 I had to go to another tax adviser to complete my tax return. And this year for some strange reason, when I exited, saved file,and came back to it,it had merged with another file file that I had worked on today. Did not take me back to the same file I was on... it was very strange. I have also worked for the IRS.
What's great about it: I have used Turbo Tax from the year it began being sold.
What's not so great: In 2001 I could not use what I had purchased, because it did not offer a slot for wages paid but under another category,

Easy as pie

I've been using Turbo Tax for twenty years and it just keeps getting better and better. I love having federal and state together with easy e-file capabilities. I really appreciate the It's Deductible functionality that very simply provides values for the goods we donate throughout the year to charitable organizations - that's a benefit that really helps us maximize our deductibles.
What's great about it: Simple step-by-step process
