GREAT JOB

This is a great program to use for all your tax needs. Not only can you complete your tax forms, you can file on line and have everything done at one time
What's great about it: very easy to use, striaght questions, easy to follow

Best thing since the invention of the wheel!

Sometimes after an error check, it puzzles me to find the answer, but I mke it every time (sometimes with help, sometimes without).
What's great about it: Love it! have been using TurboTax for many years! Never fails me!
What's not so great: Cannot think of any!

TurboTax asks you questions in everyday language, and also lets you know what circumstances are common or not common, which is a big help. It only takes seconds for TurboTax to review your answers and scour for information that will lead to a larger refund. Had I not used TurboTax, I would certainly have left money on the table. THANKS TURBOTAX!! <3
What's great about it: TurboTax is so easy to use...like talking to a friend.

Feel like an expert tax preparer

Did my taxes when ever I felt like it. When I had the time or received more tax information I just started right where I left off. Easy to get started, stay started, and finish. Gives you the feeling that someone is right there helping you with your taxes. If you can do the basics with a computer then you should be all set saving money with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Lets you know when I may have missed something. Routing number was off and it caught it for me.
What's not so great: Really didn't have any.

Charged for Submitting State Refund

This is the 2nd year I am charged for a state filing; last year I paid because the software prompted me for my credit card information even though I should have rceived a free state filing; the softward ended up giving a message that my state was free but it had already charged my credit card and I called and never received a credit; just now, I used the 2013 turbo tax; should have received one free state, but it asked for my credit card information and charge me for the state submission even though it should be free; I want a refund.
What's great about it: The softward calculations work
What's not so great: This is the 2nd year I am charged for State Filing Should Not

This year, I am smiling because I did my taxes

I really am smiling at how easy and quick it was to file my taxes with this software. I had been paying hundreds year after year for someone to do this and I feel like I was able to save myself lots of money and feel rewarded. Thank you Turbo Tax, I made the best decision to buy your easy-to-do software.
What's great about it: easy to follow along
What's not so great: non. it couldnt of been any easier
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
