Guided me and got my max refund

I like the way it guided me through all of my income and deductions. The review found three areas that were incomplete. Added the data and my returns were on the way with e-file.
What's great about it: Quick and easy.
What's not so great: None

Updates?

TurboTax has always applied software updates automatically as soon as you loaded the disc. This year, of all years (with late changes to the tax code), it was not updating on its own. I only noticed on an unrelated Help screen that I needed to apply the updates manually. I then had to walk back through the previous sections, where I saw screens I remembered from past years but that I had not encountered for 2013 before requesting the updates. A little heads-up from TT that this is what I needed to do would have been appreciated.

overall, always happy w/ TT - definitely 9.9 out of 10 with me.

As rapid as title implies

I have normally used H&R Block tax software. This time around it would not load on to Windows 8.1 after working with their technical support to correct issue. They refunded my money. Proceeded to purchase Turbo Tax and it operated smoothly.
What's great about it: Very easy to understand and use software

TurboTax Is Easy

I've used TurboTax for my taxes since 2003. I don't have complicated returns, & TurboTax has always been the easiest & fastest way to complete my returns.
What's great about it: TurboTax asks you every question that you need to answer to fill out your tax form simply & easily.
What's not so great: Most language & terms are explained, but some could be a little more in depth.

I Love Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo tax for the last 8 years. I can't believe how easy they make it to file your taxes and check to make sure you don't miss anything.
I recommend it to everyone during tax time! Don't over pay for people to do the exact same thing you can do within the comfort of your own home!
