Over all it was a good program, it gets better every year Thanks.
What's great about it: All the questions were easy to answer

Needs work

Could not find any way to enter local tax paid. Help only pointed to income and property tax, neither of which applied.
In the easy entry, it didn't ask about estimated tax paid.
Pringint Estimated tax forms for next year was confusing. Came up with a pring overlay that said, "DO NOT FILE FORM NOT ON FINAL" So I can't print the forms to file estimated tax!!! If they are not on my final, then why not?

What's not so great: Does not point you to all required entries

Always a pleasure... despite the fact that filing tax returns isn't always exactly a pleasure.
Turbo Tax makes it easy to file, and so far it has always been correct

Easy refund

This is a really easy program to use. It gives you detailed information on what you qualify for and what you don't, and detailed instructions on what paperwork/information you need to fill out each section. The layout is clean and easy to understand, the filing is seamless and I feel accomplished doing it myself!
What's great about it: user friendly, easy, quick
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
